I realize this is an old topic but this appears to be what the original post was asking for - Theres a program in the C:EVE folder called 'maintenancetool.exe' That said, Im 99 sure when you use the windows 10 add/remove apps feature will run this itself, usually does, but I have not tried with Eve itself.
